At 35 years old, I have already spent 16 years in the restaurant business and private chef services. At 19, I became a Chef in Paris, then went onto travel the world to expand & perfect my skills. In January 2015, I made a name for myself during my appearance on the TV show “TOP CHEF” in France, which led to the opening of a pop-up restaurant during the Cannes Film Festival, which was voted “Best Table of the Festival” that year. From that moment, I knew I would offer my services as a Private Chef.
